A secure place to nuclear waste from Fukushima
The place exists, its name is Chernobyl which is already a Nuclear Cemetery for the next two thousands years or more and Urania has the burden to take care of it. I am pointing to Chernobyl because Japan cannot be considered a safe place to hold the main Nuclear Cemetery. The region of Fukushima is already defined as Nuclear Cemetery by the contamination of the soil and the reactor
which is already entered there. It will be easier and safe to protected this relatively restricted waste where it is and perhaps there is no way to take if from there, it will be a limited Nuclear Cemetery for the next two thousands years or more.
As well with Urania, the Japan cannot take this burden alone, the Humanity has to care for these two thousands years, or better said, for ever, not only of the Nuclear waste but even more of chemicals and nuclear weapons that we have produced during the last 70 years of development.
So a special agreement has to be undertaken with the people of Urania, not only with the government, but democratically with the whole population to spare a part of their country, which is in fact already dedicated to the be a Nuclear Cemetery, now to receive all the dangerous waste of
the Earth and to be carefully administered by the UN and paid for all the Humanity. In the same way the restricted Nuclear Cemetery at Fukushima has to be under the control of UN for ever and the costs paid by all of us.
The above said do not mean that the responsible for the accident at Fukushima, namely TepCo, shall not be hold to answer for the crime committed and has to have its assets on hold to pay for these costs.
